Usage
How do I upload an HTML file?
Drag your .html file into the upload area on the home page, or click to browse — no sign-up needed. Files up to 5MB are supported.
What limits does the Free plan have?
Free: 3 uploads per day, up to 10 files, and 7-day retention (plus a 7-day grace period before cleanup).
What is the manage link?
Every upload gets a manage link — the only credential to manage that file. Use it to preview, replace, delete, or upgrade. Keep it safe.
How do I delete or replace a file?
Open the manage link to delete or replace it; logged-in users can also manage everything from the file manager (Dashboard).
Why did my upload fail?
Common causes: not a .html/.htm file, over 5MB, blocked script patterns in the content, the 3 free daily uploads used up, or the 10-file free limit reached.
What happens when files expire?
Free files expire after 7 days, enter a 7-day grace period, then are cleaned up. Pro files are kept forever while subscribed.
Plans & payment
What happens to my existing files when I upgrade?
All your active files turn Pro: validity extends to your subscription expiry. New uploads inherit Pro automatically.
How do I pay?
Payments run through Waffo. Pro costs $2.99/year (USD). Register and buy directly — no file needed.
What happens when my subscription period ends?
The subscription bills yearly and auto-renews. If renewal fails, your plan downgrades to Free at expiry and files follow free rules.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Click "Cancel subscription" in the file manager (Dashboard) to cancel online; or email xsstomy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help cancel it. Benefits remain until the current period ends, then no further renewals and the plan downgrades to Free.
Can I get a refund?
As a digital service, fees are non-refundable in principle, except: within 7 days of the first charge (with no more than 10 uploaded files), duplicate charges from billing errors, or an outage over 72 hours caused by us. Email xsstomy@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason — we confirm within 2 business days and process within 5–10.
Account
Is registration required?
No. Anonymous users can upload and get a link instantly. An account enables the file manager (Dashboard) and paid upgrades.
I forgot my password
Self-service password reset is not available yet. Please keep your password safe; support is planned for a future release.
