The service

HTML Online provides HTML file hosting: upload to get a public link, with preview, replace, delete, and upgrade features.

User content & responsibility

Uploaded content belongs to you, and you are responsible for its legality. Uploading illegal, infringing, or malicious content is prohibited; the platform may remove clearly violating content.

Free plan

Free hosting covers files up to 5MB, 3 uploads per day, up to 10 files, and 7-day retention; files are cleaned up after a 7-day grace period.

Pro subscription & billing

Pro costs $2.99/year (USD): files are kept forever while subscribed, with unlimited uploads. Current plan details and pricing are on the pricing page.

Auto-renewal authorization: by providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription fee each period (yearly). This authorization remains in effect until you cancel per Section 5. A renewal reminder will be sent before each annual renewal.

Taxes: unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes; where required by law, taxes will be collected at checkout.

Cancellation policy

How to cancel: log in and click "Cancel subscription" in the file manager (Dashboard) to cancel online (recommended); or email xsstomy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. The subscription stays valid until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.

After cancellation: benefits remain for the current period; no further renewals, the plan downgrades to Free at expiry, and files follow free rules.

Refund policy

General policy: as an instantly delivered digital service, subscription fees are non-refundable in principle, except in the cases below.

Refundable cases: ① 7-day guarantee for new subscribers — full refund within 7 days of the first charge (if you've uploaded no more than 10 files); ② Duplicate charges — full refund for billing errors; ③ Service outage — if our service is down for over 72 hours due to our fault, a pro-rata refund or extension; ④ Statutory rights — any withdrawal or refund rights granted by applicable law (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) are reserved.

How to apply: email xsstomy@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We'll confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable: fees for used subscription periods (except the cases above); refund requests for annual fees more than 30 days after the first purchase; accounts closed for violating these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without guarantees of availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, maintenance, or third-party failures beyond the paid fees.
